Lunacy is the art of living in alignment with the cycles of your own psyche, recognizing those seasons as they unfold and learning to move with them rather than against them. This is not something you learn to do. It is something you remember. The oldest rhythm you have, running underneath everything, asking only to be noticed. Your rhythm was never the problem. You were simply never taught to read it.
This is personal sovereignty at its most practical. You develop the perception to know what cycle you are in and what it is asking of you, and you learn to move through each chapter with clarity and grace. All of it anchored in the pulse of the Moon and planets, the same rhythm keeping time for the whole cosmos.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to Lunacy the Lunar Cycle Course, offered by Jessica Rose, a sole proprietor ("Seller," "we," "us"). By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. What You're Buying
The Course is a pre-recorded digital video program. Your purchase grants immediate, ongoing access to the Course materials for as long as the Course remains available on our platform. We make no guarantee of perpetual availability, but will give at least 30 days' notice before removing access, and will provide a means to retain materials you have purchased where reasonably possible.
2. Payment
The Course is a one-time payment of $197 USD. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
3. All Sales Are Final - No Refunds
Because the Course grants immediate and complete access to digital materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

By checking the agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy and are waiving any right to a refund.
4. License and Use
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Course for your own individual use.
You may not:
- Share, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise distribute your access or the Course materials
- Reproduce, copy, screen-record, download (except where explicitly offered), or redistribute any portion of the Course
- Use Course materials to create competing or derivative educational products
- Share your login credentials with any other person
All Course content - videos, written materials, charts, diagrams, frameworks, and terminology - remains the intellectual property of Jessica Rose. Violation of this section terminates your license immediately, without refund.
5. Not Professional Advice
The Course is offered for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.
Astrology is not a science, and nothing in this Course constitutes - nor should be construed as - medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. The Course is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, therapist, attorney, financial advisor, or other qualified professional.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and any actions you take. Do not disregard, delay, or discontinue professional care on the basis of anything learned in this Course. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
No outcome, result, or benefit of any kind is promised or guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller's total liability arising out of or relating to the Course or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course ($197 USD).
Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Course.
The Course is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Account and Conduct
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, for violation of these Terms, including credential sharing, content piracy, or abusive conduct toward Seller or other students.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the terms under which you originally purchased.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
